This notice explains how Mrpacho — the editorial site at mrpacho.jetzt — handles your personal data. It covers this portal only, not the operator's own player account systems. We act as the data controller for everything described here.

Scope of this notice

This policy applies to anyone who visits mrpacho.jetzt, submits a contact form, or otherwise interacts with our editorial content. It does not govern data held by third-party operators, payment processors, or any other service you reach by following a link from this site.

We review this notice periodically and will post any changes here. The date at the foot of the page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Categories of information we collect

We collect two categories of data: information you provide directly, and information we observe automatically.

Information you provide reaches us when you submit a contact or enquiry form. This may include your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and for no other purpose without your explicit consent.

Information we observe is gathered automatically when you browse the site. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you visit, the time and date of each visit, and referral source. We collect this through server logs and, where you consent, through analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for detail on which cookies are set.

Lawful basis for processing

We rely on the following lawful bases under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018:

  • Legitimate interests — for server logs and basic site analytics that help us keep the site secure and functional.
  • Consent — for analytics and advertising cookies placed beyond those strictly necessary. You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
  • Contract performance — where processing is necessary to respond to a direct request you have made.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances:

  • Analytics providers — aggregated, pseudonymised usage data is processed by our analytics platform to help us understand how the site is used.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — our hosting provider processes server log data as a technical necessity of delivering the site.
  • Legal obligations — where we are required to disclose data by law, court order, or a competent authority.

Any third-party processor we engage is bound by a data processing agreement and may not use your data for their own purposes.

Your controls under UK GDPR

As a person whose data we process, you hold the following rights. You may exercise any of them by writing to [email protected].

Right What it means in practice
Access Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure Ask us to delete your data where we no longer have a lawful basis to hold it.
Restriction Ask us to pause processing while a dispute about accuracy or lawfulness is resolved.
Portability Receive data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection Object to processing carried out under legitimate interests.
Withdraw consent Withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting prior processing.

We aim to respond to all rights requests within one calendar month. If your request is complex or you have submitted several at once, we may extend this by a further two months and will let you know.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. The ICO is the UK's supervisory authority for data protection.

Retention

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up questions, typically no more than 12 months. Server log data is retained for a shorter period consistent with security and operational needs. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, pseudonymised form and does not identify individual users.

Where you withdraw consent for a particular category of processing, we cease that processing and delete the relevant data promptly unless another lawful basis applies.

Minors

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through this site, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it without delay.

Contact and questions

For any question about this notice or a rights request, write to us at [email protected]. We respond within 48 hours on business days.
